• Execute discussions with the business to understand their requirements thoroughly. Analyse and map Business Requirement Definitions (BRD/FRD) for clarity and accuracy
• Assist in designing existing business processes using automation technologies (such as AI/ML). Execute strategies to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality organization-wide
• Organize the implementation of business process re-engineering strategies. Utilize process modelling, data analytics, and change management techniques to achieve significant and sustained improvements in business performance.”

• Explore new methodologies and technologies for process innovation and seamless integration.
• Map technology requirements, identify gaps, and support the proposal of optimized solutions for streamlined operations.”
