Job Description For Baxter Careers 2024

Job Responsibilities:

  • As an Associate, Quality QA (Market Complaint) at Baxter Healthcare Corporation, you will be responsible for receiving market complaints and sharing them with cross-functional teams (CFT).
  • You will keep track of all received complaints and provide regular status updates to the concerned cross-functional teams.
  • Your role will involve performing complaint investigation, risk assessment, root cause analysis, and mitigation, ensuring that any corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented within specified timelines.
  • You will also be responsible for preparing investigation reports and sending them to respective CFT members for review and approval.
  • Closing complaint evaluations in the Complaint Management System (Trackwise 8) as per local and global requirements will be closely adhered to.
  • You will assess Field Alert Reports (FAR) or Quality Defect Reporting requirements for each market complaint, Out of Specification (OOS) incident, and Non-Conformance Report (NCR).
  • Preparing Field Alert Forms and Quality Defect reports for regulatory submissions will be part of your responsibilities.
  • Communication with Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH), Qualified Person (QP), and Country Manager for regulatory notifications will be an essential aspect of your role.
  • You will initiate and handle Document Change Requests (DCR), Non-Conformity Reports (NCR), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) according to defined procedures.
  • Participating in internal and external audits and inspections will be required.
  • Initiation and handling of Field Actions (Product/Mock Recall), Corporate Hold, and related activities in accordance with local and global procedures will be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will be responsible for preparing and revising Standard Operating Procedures in TcU (Training and Competence Unit) and performing Gap Assessments with respect to Global Procedures.
  • Maintaining, archiving, and destructing documents associated with Market Complaints, Field Actions, Field Alert Reports/Quality Defect Reports, and Product Hold following defined procedures will be rigorously followed.
  • You will retrieve details from the Quality Portal in a timely manner and prepare Quality Metrics/Trend Reports for Market Complaints, Field Actions, Product Hold, Field Alert Reports, and Quality Defect Reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required for this role.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in a quality assurance capacity, is highly preferred.
  • You must possess outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A validated ability to perform root cause analysis and risk assessment is crucial for this position.
  • Solid understanding of complaint management systems and regulatory requirements is required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You must have the ability to successfully execute Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Familiarity with document change requests, non-conformity reports, and standard operating procedures is highly desired.
  • Experience icrucialn participating in audits and inspections is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Field Actions, Corporate Holds, and related activities will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in using Quality Portals and generating quality metrics/trend reports is required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve appropriate actions for market complaints and quality issues are crucial.
