Job Description For S&P Global Off Campus Drive 2024

• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, providing the engineering team with a clear understanding of the vision, features, and acceptance criteria for individual stories.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into a well-defined product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Partner with UX/UI design experts and research colleagues to develop user-centric features that enhance the overall user experience
• Opportunity to lead and shape a critical product within ServiceNow, with significant potential for professional growth and development.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment within the team, encouraging open communication and teamwork

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Fundamental understanding of ServiceNow architecture including its modules and core capabilities
• knowledge of service catalogue module, including functional knowledge if how to create, manage, categorize catalogue items.
• Awareness of UX best practices to ensure a user-friendly Service Catalogue interface.
• Competence in translating business requirements into technical specifications and communicating effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication to convey the product vision, requirements, and updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Active listening to understand stakeholder needs and feedback.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification,
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA)
