Roles and Skills:

Vendor Management: Oversee and manage relationships with courier vendors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.

Excel Skills

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals, ensuring a unified approach to service delivery.

Ownership and Accountability: Take full ownership of operational issues, proactively identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.

Two wheeeler license and two wheeler required

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Hindi and English language must to have

Kannada and Telugu added advantage

Assist in managing courier vendors and optimizing service delivery

Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for improving operational processes and efficiencies, demonstrating initiative and creativity.

Task Management: Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
