Job Description For Jet2 Off Campus Drive 2024

 We are rapidly growing and are looking for a Web/App Digital Analyst to join our Digital Analytics team at Pune to help us achieve our vision of Continual Optimisation and Innovation across all Digital functions to deliver Sales Volume, ROI & Engagement at Speed.

Reporting to the Senior Digital Analyst, the Digital Analyst role sits within the Digital Analytics Team and will be responsible for automating and driving efficiencies across all Web Analytics outputs, as well as ensuring the accurate tracking of all digital touchpoints, working across our successful brands, spotting opportunities to improve insight and efficiencies through our digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be in a very hands-on role, working as part of an expert team of Web Digital Analysts across Pune and Leeds.

  • Reporting and analysing on the user behaviour of over 100million sessions – understanding complex user journeys across the Jet2.com and Jet2holidays digital assets.
  • well versed with various aspects of GA 360 such as events, custom dimension, user management etc.
  • must have experienced in Google tag manager and able to manage the tagging for multiple international websites.
  • should be responsible for implementing the digital tagging and analytics measurement strategy.
  • Driving forward automation reporting processes, seeking opportunities to drive efficiency, and providing insightful dashboards using Business Intelligence tools e.g. Tableau.
  • Should understand android and ios application platform ecosystem.
  • Can guide the developer for analytics tracking implementation like event tracking and ecommerce tracking etc.
  • Should have hands on experience on java script, firebase app tracking, app SDK, app URL builder etc.
  • Should be able to analyse the user behaviour and data using the Mobile App Sources report and provide the business insight to stakeholder.
  • Review existing reports to ensure they are in line with business goals, working closely with Performance Marketing, CRO and Data Science Teams to understand data requirements, and also with Analytics Team members to optimise off-site investment and on-site conversion
  • Build strong working relationships across several internal teams, supporting work with our Ecommerce team and building a strong understanding of all functions within, to support and optimise digital marketing.

Experience and Knowledge

Technical Skills

  • Google Analytics: deep understanding including Google Tag Manager (GTM), Data Layer, Custom dimensions &  metrics
  • Relational Database: hands on with writing complex and performant SQL queries to extract information/ create reports from large datasets
  • Cloud DB: hands on with Google BigQuery.
  • Data Visualisation: Hands on with creating highly insightful and interactive Tableau reports & dashboards 

Functional Skills

  • Deep understanding of E-commerce domain and underlying workflows, metrics and KPIs
  • Experience of working in travel domain is desirable (such as tour operation, airline, online tour operator, online travel booking etc.)

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as this is a role needs frequent engagement with Performance marketing, CRO and Data Science
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Structured thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Storytelling through data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology engineering or equivalent from reputed institute
  • Nice to have any industry certification.

Skills Required

  • Google Analytics, GTM(Google Tag Manager), GA4, Digital Analytics

Desirable Skills

  • Adobe Analytics, Javascript, SQL, Tableau, firebase
