Job Description For IndusInd Bank Off Campus Drive 2025
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, cross-selling banking products, and maintaining long-term relationships to drive branch growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for savings accounts, current accounts, and fixed deposits.
 - Promote and sell retail banking products such as personal loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment plans.
 - Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
 - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.
 - Identify potential markets, generate leads, and ensure effective conversion.
 - Collaborate with branch teams and support staff to ensure smooth account opening and documentation.
 - Stay updated on bank products, services, and market trends.
 
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
 - Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
 - Ability to work independently and meet targets.
 - Good understanding of banking and financial products (preferred).
 
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
 - Experience: 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or financial services. Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome.
