Chapter247 Infotech is looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.
• Create flowcharts based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Track and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and objectives.
• Communicate project updates and information to team members and stakeholders.
• Manage project tasks and resources effectively to achieve project objectives on time.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Provide administrative support to project managers as required.
• Contribute to the implementation of process improvements and best practices within the team.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• 0.6 to 2 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and software development processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Notion, and Trello is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Relevant profiles include Business Analysts (BA), Quality Assurance Analysts (QA), and Project Coordinators (PC).
• Certification in Scrum, Agile, and Project Management is desirable.
