Candidates will initially undergo basic training on different technologies to enable them to work on projects. Post the training and confirmation, candidates will be assigned to projects where they are expected to do any one or more of the activities mentioned below:
- Model Development & Optimization: Design, train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models to solve business problems.
- Experimentation & Feature Engineering: Develop and test features, optimize hyperparameters, and enhance model performance using scalable solutions.
- Data Engineering Collaboration: Work alongside data engineers to streamline data pipelines, ensuring high-quality data for training and inference.
- End-to-End ML Lifecycle Management: Deploy, monitor, and continuously improve ML models in production environments.
- MLOps Pipeline Development: Automate CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows, enabling efficient model training, testing, and deployment.
- Image and Video Analytics Product Development using Python, TensorFlow and related libraries
- Back End Development using Java, Spring Boot, MicroServices, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
- Cloud-based development using AWS, Azure, and GCP.

They need to have
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) projects, including text classification, entity recognition, and sentiment analysis.
- Awareness Transformer-based models (BERT, GPT, T5, etc.) for various AI applications. Build APIs via OLlama or other engines.
- Build recommendation systems to personalize user experiences and optimize decision-making.
- Design and maintain real-time ML inference pipelines for high-traffic applications.
- Awareness of feature engineering and automated feature selection techniques.
- Knowledge of real-time inference and streaming data processing.
- Skills on Python, pandas, and other related technologies
- Excellent understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Understanding of OOP, Design Patterns
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with strict deadlines
- Can multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, detail-oriented
- Good work ethic, including a sense of individual responsibility
- Comfortable working on new products in a growing company
