- Develop manual validation tools to supplement optical result verification.

- Proficiency in simulation tools for OSNR margin computation and power propagation analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities, coupled with a team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Python and C programming languages.
Nice to Haves:
- Knowledge of scripting tools such as MATLAB, TCL, and MS Excel.
- Exposure to various software technologies and architectures.
- Experience interacting with sales engineers and customers to understand planning tool requirements.
