- Manage the sales cycle for our prospective customers. Conduct prospect qualification calls and demos via Zoom.
- Monitor and follow up on all inbound Marketing Qualified Leads.
- Monitor, follow up with, and notify our sales reps of high-priority global inbound leads to ensure prompt response times and a positive customer experience.
- Become a Product Expert and guide users through our product offerings.
- Engage Free Trial customers to help ensure they have a successful trial experience.
- Respond to customer questions and requests to provide exceptional customer service.

Who you are
- 2 years of customer-facing experience.
- 1 year of experience demoing SaaS products.
- Business acumen: understanding how a given feature or its implementation generates a given business value.
- Excited by technology and enjoys keeping up with the latest trends.
- Ambitious and results-oriented individual.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Even better if you have
- Experience managing an inbound SaaS sales cycle.
- Experience in qualifying with a framework like BANT and objection handling.
You will thrive in this role if
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach CRM, and sales cadence tools.
- Understanding of the technical recruiting process.
