Job Description For Club Mahindra Recruitment 2024
- Manage end to end operations to improve Collections from ASF FP base
- Reduce ASF Overdue delinquent base
- Understanding Requirements, architecting and designing strategies for improving ASF Collections.
- Planning and launching various offers to boost collections
- Managing VOC of members who have defaulted and take corrective actions.
- Managing Vendors and ensuring improvement in their productivity and quality of output
- Sharing regular updates with top management with key insights on Collections
- Working with various cross functional teams to ensure timely execution of the plan
- Should be able to work under stressf1ul environment.
- Strong on number management
Candidate Requirement
- Great Communication/conversational ability
- Strong Collections Experience (preferable managed collections in call centre process)
- Strong Result Orientation and Execution Excellence
- Willingness to travel
- High Energy and Passion
- High Customer Centricity & Process Orientation
- Minimum Graduation (MBA preferred)
