Job Description For Cialfo Careers 2024

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer with expertise in Angular to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails and Angular.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code.
• Develop front-end components using Angular to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create a high-quality product.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we are always using the best tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficient in Ruby on Rails with a solid understanding of the syntax and nuances of the language.
• Strong experience with Angular and building responsive, user-friendly web applications.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
• Knowledge of database systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Experience with other front-end frameworks or libraries (React, Vue.js).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Understanding of TDD/BDD and testing frameworks.
